He starts with asking you to send him a photo of something you would like to make a print of and he gives considerate feedback. He knew which image would turn out best. Even at the welcome to his artist studio, I knew I was in for a great Airbnb experience. Frank shows you the tools and has everything ready. Frank's passion for printmaking is evident. He offers a bit of art history of printmaking and references to artists like Rembrandt and Picasso only to give context to why printmaking is so special and how there are many types. Once I finished carving my plexiglass and it was ready, Frank had the rest ready for press. He expertly spread the ink and set up the paper. Then we rolled it in through the press, and out came my finished illustrative work. I was so pleased with the outcome. And you will too. This is a definite must do experience.

  This class came up as a suggestion as we were staying in Dunsborough and we wanted to try an activity we wouldn’t usually do. However, we were... read more put completely ease almost immediately by Frank. The workshop was very hands on and very fun to participate in. Frank is very knowledgeable and talented at his art mode. Frank helps you learn the process while also letting you learn by doing it yourself. Would recommend for anyone visiting the area, regardless of artistic skill because Frank has a way of making you feel completely comfortable in your ability level. We loved it and will be recommending to anyone that will listen. ☺️

  A super creative and engaging experience. Francesco is an excellent host / teacher and the studio and vibe was brilliant. A great evening of food, wine and creativity.
